A Loram Railgrinder spent a few days on the Sunset Route in August. While the crew and the Grinder rested by day, the ‘blue hour’ of the evening saw the beast come to life. Here, it heads east toward Luling Texas, famed as the rough town that was transformed when Edgar B. Davis brought in the first of over 120 oil wells.
